Mr. Francisco Garcia Calderon has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he had 30 years of experience in the development of new businesses and in the management of companies. Mr. Calderon also has extensive experience as Director of companies in various industries.

Mr. Francisco Sardon de Taboada has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since January 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Scotiabank Peru, Scotiabank Chile, and Standard Chartered Bank Peru. Mr. Taboada has 30 years of experience in Banking and Finance.

Ms. Ana Maria Rodriguez Zuniga has been the Corporate Compliance Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Compliance Officer of COFIDE from 2020 to 2023. Previously, she held various roles, including Internal Auditor at Ferreycorp and Senior Consultant at EY. Ms. Zuniga also served as the Financial Auditor at KPMG.

Mr. Oscar Pando Mendoza has been the Vice President of Supply Chain at the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Infrastructure at Unna Transporte S.A.C. from 2019 to 2021. Mr. Mendoza also served as the Regional Chief Financial Officer of the Engineering & Construction business unit at the company. He also served as the Vice President of Corporate Control & Planning at the company from 2021 to 2023.

Mr. Javier Macedo Chang has been the Corporate Internal Audit Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Regional Capital Projects Audit Manager of Barrick Gold Corporation. He also worked at Savia and Cosapi groups. Mr. Chang held various roles at EY, providing advisory services to several multinational companies related to construction, real estate, oil & gas, mining, and construction sectors in North, Central, and South American countries and Spain.
