Mr. Yoshinori Kitamura has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since December 2022. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2011. Prior to this, he serevd as the Director and Chief Executive Officer at Gravity NeoCyon from 2008 to 2009. Previously, Mr. Kitamura was the Chief Executive Officer of Gravity Entertainment from 2008 to 2019. He served as the Gravity Interactive, Gravity Game Link, Gravity Communications, Gravity Game Tech, Gravity Game Hub and Gravity Game Arise from 2008 to 2021. Mr. Kitamura served as the Director at Gravity Games from 2010 to 2018. He was also the Director at Gravity EU SAS from 2011 to 2014. Previously, He also served as the Director and Executive General Manager of the GV Business Division at GungHo Online Entertainment, Inc from 2006 to 2007, and Executive General Manager of Marketing Division at GungHo Online Entertainment, Inc since 2003 to 2007. Mr. Hyun Chul Park has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2011. He was an Officer at the company's corporate management office from 2009 to 2011. He also served as the Director of the company since 2011. Previously, Mr. Kim served as the Director at Gravity Games since 2010 and the Chief Executive Officer since March 2013. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of the Financial Management Division at NeoCyon from 2007 to 2008 and Accounting and Treasury Department from 2006 to 2007.
