Mr. Lo Ka Shui has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since 1980. He also serves as the Chairman of Champion Real Estate Investment Trust and Langham Hospitality Investments. He also serves as the Vice President of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong and a member of the Board of Trustees of The Hong Kong Centre for Economic Research.

Mr. Leung Siu Yan, Stephen has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief Information Officer at a leading bank in Hong Kong, where he spearheaded IT strategy, fintech transformation, and technology infrastructure modernization. He also held senior technology leadership roles in the fintech and digital asset sectors, with a focus on payments, blockchain-based platforms, and AI-enabled financial solutions.

Mr. Ho Hon Ching, Barry has been the Chief Internal Auditor of the company since 2004. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong, a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Mr. FAN Chi Sun, James has been the Head of Property Development of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Head of Business Development (Greater Bay Area) of Swire Properties Ltd.

Ms. Chung Wing Ki, Vicky has been the Head of Development and Project Management of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as a Director of a Private Equity Investor Group. Currently, she is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects.
