Mr. Yoshikazu Tanaka has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, Head of Commerce Business, and Head of DX Business of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and Head of Advertising and Media Business of the company from 2017 to 2022. He also served as the Head of Commerce and New Business Division of the company. Prior to this, he worked at Sony Communication Network and Rakuten, Inc.

Mr. Toshiki Oya has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Affairs, and Head of Management Strategy, and Director of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Head of Investment and Incubation Business, Director and Senior Vice President of the company in 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Yahoo Japan Corporation in 2015, and the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Cleo Corporation.

Mr. Masaki Fujimoto has been the Chief Technology Officer, Director, Senior Vice President, and Head of Development of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he worked at Astra the Studio, Inc. and Tunebiz Co., Ltd. Earlier, Mr. Fujimoto also served as a member of the consulting staff of a PHP and other open source project.
