Mr. William I. Jacobs has been the Chairman of the company since June 2016 and is its Interim Chief Executive Officer. He also serves as a Director of The BondFactor Company. Prior to this, Mr. Jacobs served as the Chairman of Global Payments, Inc from June 2014 to June 2016 and as a Lead Independent Director of Global Payments, Inc from 2003 to 2014. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of The New Power Company, from 2000 to 2002. Earlier, Mr. Jacobs served in various senior managerial roles at MasterCard International from 1995 to 2000, including Senior Executive Vice President of Strategic Ventures and Executive Vice President of Global Resources from 1984 to 1994.

Mr. Jess Unruh has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer from 2015 to 2022; and Operational Chief Financial Officer, and interim Chief Financial Officer from 2020 to 2021 within the company. Earlier, Mr. Unruh served as a Vice President for Financial Reporting, from July 2013 to May 2015, and as a Director in the Accounting Projects division from 2009 to 2013.

Mr. Dave Harden has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Product Development responsible for overseeing the migration of Green Dot Corp and Managing Director and Head of Core BankingTechnology Transformation at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group.

Ms. Kim Olson has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since March 2025. Previously, she served as Chief Risk Officer at leading global banking organizations and held senior risk oversight and remediation roles. She has also provided advisory services on risk management and evolving regulations at a professional services firm. Ms. Olson began her career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she held various senior policy and regulatory roles in banking supervision.

Ms. Teresa Watkins has been the Chief Operations Officer of the company since November 2022. Earlier, she served as the Senior Vice President of Payment Processing from 2021 to 2022; Vice President, Financial Processing Operations from 2016 to 2021; and Lead Technical Program Manager from 2013 to 2016.
