Mr. Nick Mackenzie has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Non-Executive Director at Daniel Thwaites PLC. Before to this, he served as the Managing Director at Midway Attractions. Earlier, he worked for Merlin Entertainments plc for 17 years

Mr. Richard Smothers has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2018. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Mothercare plc. Prior to this he was Director of group finance at Rexam plc and held several senior finance roles during 14 years at Tesco plc.

Ms. Maria Sebastian is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President for marketing, product, and brand at Starbucks across 42 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and among other things including digital/loyalty, product innovation and brand development.

Mr. Andrew Bush is the Chief People Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Group Human Resources Director for five years at Brakes Group. Previously, he served as the Human Resource Director at Argos. He served in senior Human Resources roles in the Kingfisher Group, including group reward director and Head of Human Resource for Superdrug.

Mr. George Colin Magnus serves as the Chairman of the company. He served as a Director of the company since 2019. Previously he served as the Chairman of Power Assets Holdings Limited from 1993 to 2005, a Non-executive Director from 2005 to 2012 and an Independent Non-executive Director till January 2014. He served as an Executive Director of Hutchison Whampoa Limited since 1980 and was re-designated as a Non-executive Director from November 2005 to June 2015. He served as Deputy Chairman of Hutchison Whampoa Limited from 1984 to 1993.
