Mr. Scott L. Bok has been the Chairman since 2019 and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-President of the company. Before joining Greenhill, he served as the Managing Director - Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring Department of Morgan Stanley & Co.

Mr. Harold J. Rodriguez Jr. has been the Chief Financial Officer since 2016, Chief Operating Officer since 2012, and Managing Director of the company. Prior to this, he served in various divisions such as Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Administration within the company. Previously, he served as a Vice President of Finance and Control at Silgan Holdings. Earlier, he served at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Kevin Costantino has been the President and Co-Head of U.S. M&A at the company since 2015. Previously, he served various roles on behalf of the firm. Prior to joining Greenhill he worked at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Ms. Gitanjali Pinto Faleiro has been a Managing Director since 2020 and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as a Vice President and Associate General Counsel in The legal department at Goldman Sachs. From 2012 to 2015, Ms. Faleiro was an Attorney at Latham & Watkins, LLP. From 2006 to 2012, she was a Trainee Solicitor and then Solicitor (England & Wales) at Linklaters, LLP. From 2000 to 2004, Ms. Faleiro was an Analyst and then an Associate in the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs in New York.

Mr. David A. Wyles has been the President of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as Co-Head of the European business of the company. He joined the company in 1998. He o led various major transaction assignments in Continental Europe and globally, including most of assignments involving China.
