Mr. Dusan Senkypl has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2024. Previously, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer March 2023 to May 2024. He also serves as Director of the company since June 2022. He also serves as the Chairman and Partner of Pale Fire Capital. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of NetBrokers Holding (NBH), from 2014 to December 2018. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of ePojisteni.cz, from 2009 to 2019. Currently, he also serves as Director and Chairman of Rouvy, SE since 2021.

Mr. Theodore Leonsis has the Chairman of the company since June 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company from April 2011 to August 2013 and the co-Chief Executive from February 2013 to August 2013. Previously, he was the Chairman of the company from August 2013 to November 2015. Prior to that, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Monumental Sports & Entertainment LLC, and Vice Chairman Emeritus of AOL LLC. Mr. Leonsis held several executive positions with AOL from 1994 to 2006, including the Vice Chairman and President, AOL Audience Business. Mr. Leonsis also is the co-founded Revolution Growth Fund II and served as a partner of the fund. He was the director of American Express Co. since July 2010, a director of Rosetta Stone Ltd. from 2009 to 2013. Earlier, he was the member of board of directors of several private Internet and technology companies, and charitable organizations.

Mr. Rana Kashyap has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice president of Finance, Commercial and Transformation division from 2022 to 2025. Earlier, he held various roles at Danaher Corporation, Maini Group, and JPMorgan Chase.

Mr. Jiri Ponrt has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2023. Previously, he served as Partner and Chief Financial Officer of the company from July 2022 to April 2025. Prior to this, he served as Partner and the Chief Financial Officer at Alza cz. Prior to that, Mr. Ponrt served 15 years at Danone/Nutricia.

Mr. Ales Drabek has been Chief Technology Officer of the company since May 2025. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer at Lampenwelt GmbH. Prior to this, Ales served as the Chief Digital & Disruption Officer at Conrad Electronic SE. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Metro Cash & Carry International as Director Global eMarketing & eCommerce.
