Mr. Fernando Chico Pardo has been the Chairman of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the President of Promecap, S.C. He also served as the Partner and Acting Chief Executive Officer of the banking institution Grupo Financiero Inbursa, S.A. de C.V. and Acciones e Inversora Bursatil, S.A. de C.V. Mr. Pardo also served as a Director of Acciones y Asesoría Bursátil, S.A. de C.V., and Director of Metals Procurement at Salomon Brothers

Mr. Adolfo Castro Rivas has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial and Strategic Planning Officer of the company from 2000 and 2011. Mr. Rivas also served as the Director of Finance and Administration of Ferrocarril del Sureste, S.A. de C.V; Chief Financial Officer of Netcapital, S.A. de C.V.; and Director of Finance of Grupo Mexicano de Desarrollo, S.A. de C.V.. He also served as the Finance Manager of Grupo ICA, S.A.B de C.V.

Mr. Adán Alejandro Gonzalez Martinez has been the Chief Commercial Officer of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as a Director of Commercial Development at Grupo Stiva S.A. de C.V.

Mr. Claudio Gongora Morales has been the Chief Legal Counsel of the company since 2004. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Legal Department of Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, Azufrera Panamericana and Fideicomiso de Fomento Minero.

Mr. Alejandro Pantoja Lopez has been the Chief Infrastructure and Compliance Officer of the company since 2013. Previously, he served as an Administrator of Veracruz Airport at the company from 2001 to 2013 and Tapachula Airport at the company in 2001. He also served as an Administrative Manager of of International Containers of Veracruz. Earlier, he worked at Ferrocarril del Sureste in various roles including Deputy Director of Finance, Administrative Coordinator, and Deputy Director of Administration, Human Resources and Finance.
