Mr. Li Sze Lim has been the Chairman of the company since 1994. He serves as the Chairman of the Council of Guangdong Chamber of Real Estate in China, President of China Real Estate Developers and Investors Association, the Chairman of New Home Association, a Director of Jinan University, and President of Guangzhou Real Estate Association and Guangzhou Real Estate Institute.

Mr. Zhang Hui has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the company. He held various positions at the company, including the Vice Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer, Vice General Manager, General Manager of Beijing R&F Properties Development Co. Ltd., and R&F (Beijing) Properties Development Co. Ltd., Vice President, Chairman of Great Northern Region, and Chairman of R&F (Beijing) Properties Development Co., Ltd. Earlier, he worked at Guangzhou Design Institute.

Mr. Xiang Lijun has been the Vice President, Director, and Chairman of Northern China region at the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice General Manager of the company. He served as the Vice General Manager of Guangzhou Tianli Construction Co. Mr. Lijun was the Chairman of Northwestern China region at the company. He joined the company in 2005.

Ms. Zhu Ling has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2005. Prior to this, she served as the Financial Controller and Vice General Manager of the company. She was the Chief Financial Officer at Guangzhou Hangcheng Company, Guangzhou Suburban District Sugar Tobacco and Liquor Company and China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation

Ms. Wang Heng has been the Vice President of the company since 2010. She held various positions at the company, including Manager of Human Resources and Administration Department, and Director of Human Resources and Administration Department and General Manager. Ms. Heng joined the company in 1995.
