Mr. Cai Jian has been the Chairman of the bank since 2021. He also serves as the President of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank. Previously, he served as the Chief of Guangzhou Huangpu Sub-branch at Construction Bank of China. He served as a Vice President of China Construction Bank. He also held various positions at Construction Bank of China including Deputy General Manager and Senior Deputy Manager for the Strategic Assistance Project Office .

Ms. Mao Libing has been the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant to the President of the bank since January 2023. Previously, she worked with Construction Bank of China and held various positions including Chief of the Credit Operation Section, Deputy Director of Huangpu Sub-branch Yongfu Office, and Director of Huangpu Branch Dengfeng Office. She also served as President at Sannong Business Group.

Mr. Lin Ripeng has been a Vice President of the bank since 2020. He served as Staff Member of Shijing Credit Cooperative of Guangzhou Rural Credit Cooperative Union, Assistant to Section Chief and Deputy Section Chief of personnel and political engineering section of Guangzhou Baiyun Sub-branch of Agricultural Bank of China, Deputy Manager and Manager of personnel department of Baiyun Credit Cooperative of Guangzhou Rural Credit Cooperative Union. He also served as a Deputy General Manager and General Manager of personnel and education department (human resources department) of Guangzhou Rural Credit Cooperative Union and Deputy Secretary of commission for discipline inspection and director of supervision office of Guangzhou Rural Credit Cooperative Union, General Manager of human resources department, Office General Manager and General Manager of property management center of Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank. He also served as the President of Henan Xinyang Zhujiang Rural Bank, and the Chairman of board of supervisors of Bank of Guangzhou.

Ms. Yang Xuan has been the Business Director and General Manager of Financial Interbank Department of the bank since 2015. Previously, she served as Credit Staff Member of the Credit Planning Department, Deputy Manager of the Asset Security Department, Deputy Manager of Legal Office, and Manager of the Marketing Department of Operation Center of Guangzhou Tianhe Rural Credit Cooperative Union.

Mr. Feng Yaoliang has been a Director of the bank since 2021. He also serves as the Chairman of Guangzhou Huaxin Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Cold Chain Association and Guangdong Federation of Social Organizations and Vice Chairman of Guangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce.
