Mr. Alex Yemenidjian has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oshidori International Development LTD from June 2020 to September 2022. He also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Armenco Holdings, LLC from January 2005 and June 2020. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Inc. from July 2009 to August 2015. Mr. Yemenidjian served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc from April 1999 to April 2005 and as its Director from November 1997 to April 2005. He served as a Director of MGM Resorts International, Inc., from 1989 to 2005 and as its President from 1995 to 1999. Earlier, Mr. Yemenidjian also held various other roles at MGM, including as Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to 1999 and as Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 1998.

Mr. Carlos Alberini has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since February 2019. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lucky Brand from February 2014 to February 2019. He served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc from June 2010 to October 2012. Prior to this, Mr. Alberini served as the Chief Executive Officer of Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc from October 2012 to July 2013. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from December 2000 to June 2010. Earlier, Mr. Alberini served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Footstar Inc from October 1996 to December 2000. Prior to this, he served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for the Melville Corp from May 1995 to October 1996.

Mr. Paul Marciano has been the Chief Creative Officer and a Director of the company since August 2015. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the company from August 2015 to June 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company from 2007 to 2015. Previously, Mr. Marciano served as the Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1999 to 2007.

Mr. Alberto Toni has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Flos B&B Italia Group S.p.A. Prior to this, Mr. Toni served as Chief Financial Officer of Bata SA and Deoleo SA.

Mr. Fabrice Benarouche has been the Senior Vice President Finance, Investor Relations and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations from 2014 to April 2023. Previously, he served as the Manager at Ineum Consulting (Deloitte Consulting) in France.
