Mr. Alex Yemenidjian has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He has been a Director at the company since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Armenco Holdings, LLC from 2005 to 2020. Earlier, he worked as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Inc. from 2009 to 2015. Mr. Yemenidjian served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc from 1999 to 2005 and as its Director from 1997 to 2005. He served as a Director of MGM Resorts International, Inc., from 1989 to 2005 and as its President from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Yemenidjian also held various other roles at MGM, including as Chief Operating Officer from 1995 to 1999 and as Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 1998. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Oshidori International Development LTD.

Mr. Carlos Alberin has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lucky Brand from 2014 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, Mr. Alberini served as the Chief Executive Officer of Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc from 2012 to 2013. He also served as a Director of Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2000 to 2010. Earlier, Mr. Alberini served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Footstar Inc from 1996 to 2000. Prior to this, he served as the Acting Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for the Melville Corp from 1995 to 1996.

Mr. Paul Marciano has been the Chief Creative Officer and a Director of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the company from 2015 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company from 2007 to 2015. Previously, Mr. Marciano served as the Co-Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1999 to 2007.

Mr. Fabrice Benarouche has been the Senior Vice President Finance, Investor Relations and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations since 2014. Previously, he served as the Manager at Ineum Consulting (Deloitte Consulting) in France.

Mr. Dennis Secor has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Torrid Holdings Inc., from 2018 to 2019, as Chief Financial Officer of Incipio Group, from 2017 to 2018, and as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Fossil Group, Inc., from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2006 to 2012. Earlier, Mr. Secor also served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Electronic Arts Canada from 2004 to 2006.
