Mr. Marcus S. Ryu has been the Chairman of the company since August 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company from 2010 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Strategy of Ariba Inc and the Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company. Mr. Ryu also serves as a Director of BloomReach Inc, and Checkr Inc.

Mr. Mike Rosenbaum has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Product of Salesforce .com, Inc. Previously, he held various technology and marketing roles at Siebel Systems from 2002 to 2005.

Mr. Jeff Cooper has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of the company. Prior to Guidewire, he served as Chief Financial Officer at GoodData from 2016 to 2017. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance at Rally Software from 2013 to 2016. He served as Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities.

Ms. Priscilla Hung has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since 2020. She served as the Chief Administrative Officer from 2014 to 2017 and Senior Vice President of Operations and Corporate Development from 2012 to 2014; Vice President of Operations from 2010 to 2012; and the Vice President of Corporate Development and Alliances from 2005 to 2010 of the company. Previously, Ms. Hung served in various management positions at Ariba Inc, such as a Director of Global Channels and Alliances and Director of Operations from 2000 to 2005. She joined the company in 2005.

Mr. Brian Desmond is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Marketing for Supply Chain solutions of PeopleSoft. Mr. Desmond held various product marketing and marketing leadership roles with Tradex Technologies, Ketera and Ariba. He also serves as a Director of Betterview. He joined the company in 2006.
