Mr. Ahmad Mohammad Al-Bahar is the Chairman of the bank. Prior to this, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Gulf Custody Company (Kuwait) and served as the Chairman of Gulf Custody Company (Bahrain & Oman). He also served as Partner-in-Charge of the Settlement Group at The International Investor, Senior Manager of the Settlement Department at Kuwait Foreign Trading Contracting and Investment Company, and Manager of the Consumer Loans Department at Arab European Financial Management. Additionally, he was Chairman of Bahrain Real Estate Company and a Board Member of National Cleaning Company.

Mr. David Challinor is the Chief Financial Officer of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Doha Bank. He hold more than 25 years in Financial Service Industry. Previously, he worked in the UK, Australia, Canada and Qatar Member of The Australian Institute of Company.

Mr. Meshal AlWazzan is the Chief Strategy Officer of the bank. Prior to this, he held several posts within the corporate banking group, focusing on the commercial, shares, and real estate sectors, and the structured workouts and corporate finance group.

Mr. Shahzad Anjum is the Chief Information Officer of the bank. Prior to this, he served as Group Chief Information Officer at Alghanim Industries, one of the largest privately owned multinational companies in the Gulf region. Mr. Anjum has over 23 years of IT experience, including 16 years in financial services. He has played a crucial role in shaping IT strategies for prominent organizations, including Gulf Bank, Alghanim Industries, Alamana Finance, and Enaya Insurance.

Mr. Ali AlFaras is the Chief Internal Auditor of the bank. Previously, he held various roles within Gulf Bank, focusing on Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management, and Compliance. Prior to this, he managed the Internal Audit Group and oversaw subsidiaries in accordance with leading audit frameworks and methodologies. He has extensive expertise in aligning the Audit Function with the direction of the Board Audit Committee and adhering to Internal Audit Standards. Additionally, he is committed to implementing best practices to enhance audit processes and efficiency.
