Mr. Richard Heo has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company from 2019 to 2024. He also served as the Senior Vice President of North, Central and South America for McDermott International Inc; Executive Vice President of Fabrication Services for Chicago Bridge & Iron NV and President of CB&I’s Engineered Products business division. Mr. Heo also served held numerous senior leadership positions at KBR Inc.

Mr. Westley S. Stockton has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and Executive Vice President of Finance of the company since September 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Chicago Bridge & Iron Company from 2008 to 2018 and in other leadership positions in financial operations and Mergers & Acquisitions for CB&I from 2002 to 2008. Mr. Stockon also served for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen in Audit-related roles from 1994 to 2002.

Mr. William E. Chiles has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Partner of Pelican Energy Partners; Senior Advisor and Chief Executive Officer Emeritus of Bristow Group from 2014 to 2016 and Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Bristow Group from 2004 to 2014. Mr. Chiles also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Grey Wolf Inc. from 2003 to 2004; Vice President of Business Development of ENSCO International Incorporated from 2002 to 2003. He also founded and served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Chiles Offshore, Inc. from 1997 to 2002; and Senior Vice President of Drilling Operations for Cliffs Drilling Company from 1996 to 1997.
