Mr. Domenic J. Dell’Osso, Jr. has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since May 2026. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Expand Energy Corporation. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake. he also worked at Jefferies & Co and Banc of America Securities.

Mr. Michael Hodges has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting at Leon Capital Group. Prior to this, Mr. Hodges was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Montage Resources Corporation in November 2020. Previously Mr. Hodges served as the Chief Financial Officer for three upstream energy companies focused on near-term value creation through the acquisition and early-stage development of oil and natural gas resources from 2012 to 2018.

Mr. Matthew Rucker has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was also the Senior Vice President of Operations at the company from 2023 to 2025. Previously Mr. Rucker served as Vice President in Javelin Energy Partners. Prior to this, Mr. Rucker served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Montage Resources Corporation from 2016 to 2020. Prior to this Mr. Rucker started his career at Chesapeake Energy Corporation, he served in variety of leadership and engineering roles in field operations, reservoir engineering, and planning from 2007 to 2016.

Mr. Patrick K. Craine has been the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2019. Previously he served as Deputy General Counsel – Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Chesapeake Energy Corporation from 2013 to 2019. Prior to this Mr. Craine was a partner with Bracewell LLP. Before Mr. Craine entered private practice, he served as an attorney with the SEC and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, where he held leadership positions in their Oil and Gas Task Forces.

Mr. Timothy J. Cutt has been the non-executive Chairman of the company since March 2023, Prior to this served as chairman and Chief Executive Officer since May 2021. Previously he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at QEP Resources since 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Cutt was the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Cobalt International Energy from 2016 to 2018. Mr. Cutt also served in several executive positions at BHP Billiton including serving as President of the Petroleum Division from 2013 to 2016. Previously, he served in various the management roles including President of ExxonMobil de Venezuela, President of ExxonMobil Canada Energy and President of Hibernia Management & Development Company.
