Mr. Sultan Ali Allana has been the Chairman of the bank since 2004. He is a Director at the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED) and has the responsibilities for AKFED's investments in Banking, Insurance, and Aviation. Mr. Allana has over 30 years of experience in retail, corporate, and investment banking. He is also a Director at the Tourism Promotion Services Pakistan Limited.

Mr. Muhammad Nassir Salim has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Head of Global Operations for company Previously, he served as director at Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited. He also worked with American Express Bank, Citigroup and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank.

Mr. Salim Raza has been a Director of the company since 2017. He also serves as Director Karandaaz Pakistan, Manzil Pakistan, Indus Earth Trust, Habib University, the Layton Rahmatulla Benevolent Trust, Planet N Group of Companies, Nasra public School. Previously, he held various leadership positions at Citibank NA.

Mr. Najeeb Samie has been a Director of the bank since 2013. He also serves a Managing Director, Roosevelt Hotel Corporation NV, Director of Minhal France SA, Minhal Incorporated, Roosevelt Hotel Corporation LLC, and Avant Hotels (Pvt.) Limited. He held various years of experience in corporate and financial sectors.
