Mr. Mark E. Schwarz has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. He has been a Director of the company since 2001. He also serves as the Chairman of Rave Restaurant Group, Inc and Wilhelmina International, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from January 2003 to August 2006. He also served as the President of the company from November 2003 to March 2006.

Mr. Chris Kenney has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023, and is its Chief Financial Officer since 2022. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer at the company. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Accounting for Affirmative Insurance Holdings, Inc. from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Kenney served as Controller of Associates Insurance Group, a subsidiary of The Travelers Companies, Inc., from 2000 to 2003.

Ms. Pavinee Hat has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the ice President of Human Resources in 2018. She holds over 20 years of experience in human resource industry.

Mr. Chris Miller serves as the Chief Claims Officer for both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines of the company since 2022. Mr. Miller holds 36 years of experience in personal and commercial claims, with emphasis on national claims leadership roles.
