Mr. Jeffrey W. Henderson has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President at JWH Consulting LLC. He also served as a Healthcare Advisory Director to Berkshire Partners LLC. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Health Inc.

Dr. Helen I. Torley has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Halozyme since 2014. Prior to this, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Onyx Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Dr. Torley held several management positions at Amgen Inc. including General Manager of the US and Nephrology business unit and the the US Bone Health business unit. From 1997 to 2002, she worked with Bristol-Myers Squibb serving as the regional vice president of cardiovascular and metabolic sales and head of cardiovascular global marketing.

Ms. Nicole LaBrosse has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting since January 2020; Executive Director and Controller since July 2017; and Senior Director of Financial Reporting since 2014. Ms. LaBrosse also served as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2004.

Ms. Cortney Caudill has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Product Officer Aeglea BioTherapeutics. Ms. Caudill also served as the Board Advisor of Ninnion Therapeutics.

Mr. Mark Snyder has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Litigation at Qualcomm. Mr. Snyder also served at Kyocera Wireless Corp as Manager of Intellectual Property Group.
