Mr. William Simon has been the Chairman of the company since December 2023. Currently, he serves as the President of WSS Venture Holdings, LLC. He also serves as a Director at Darden Restaurants Inc. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wal-Mart US from 2010 to 2014. Prior to this, he worked as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Wal-Mart US. He served as the Executive Vice President of Professional Services and New Business Development of the company from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Simon also held senior executive roles at Brinker International Inc, Diageo North America Inc, and Cadbury Schweppes plc.

Mr. M. Scott Lewis has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he served as Vice President of Tax, Vice President of Financial Reporting and Accounting, Vice President and Director of External Reporting of the company. Earlier, he served as Senior Manager of KPMG.

Ms. Kristin L. Oliver has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Legal Officer of the company since January 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Interim Chief Legal Officer of the company from December 2023 to January 2025. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Walgreens from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Chico’s FAS, Inc from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, she held several roles at Walmart Inc including, Executive Vice President of Walmart US of People division from 2013 to 2015, Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources of International Division from 2010 to 2012. She also served as the Vice President and Division General Counsel of Employment from 2008 to 2010 and Associate General Counsel from 2004 to 2009 at Walmart.

Mr. Scott A. Pleiman has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy, Transformation, Analytics and Technology Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he served as the Senior Advisor of strategy and Transformation at Boston Consulting Group. Prior to this, he held several roles of senior leadership positions at Walmart Stores, Inc, including Executive Vice President of Merchandising Operations from 2017 to 2021, Senior Vice President of Merchandising of Pricing, Planning and Modular Development from 2015 to 2017. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Strategy from 2009 to 2015, Vice President of Merchandising Finance and Business Strategy Walmart U.S. from 2007 to 2009, and Vice President of Business Strategy Walmart U.S. from 2005 to 2007. Earlier, he also held strategic consulting roles with Cap Gemini and accounting roles at Ernst & Young Audit and Advisory Business Services.
