Mr. William Simon has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Currently, he serves as the President of WSS Venture Holdings, LLC. He also serves on the boards of Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Darden Restaurants Inc. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wal-Mart US from 2010 to 2014. Prior to this, he worked as the Chief Operating Officer of Wal-Mart US. He joined the company in 2006 as Executive Vice President of Professional Services and New Business Development. Mr. Simon also held senior executive roles at Brinker International Inc., Diageo North America Inc., and Cadbury Schweppes plc.

Mr. Stephen B. Bratspies has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he held various leadership positions at Walmart including Chief Merchandising Officer from 2015 to 2020, Executive Vice President of Food from 2014 to 2015, Executive Vice President of General Merchandise from 2013 to 2014, and various executive positions from 2005 to 2013. Mr. Bratspies served as Chief Marketing Officer for Specialty Brands from 2003 to 2005. He held various management positions at PepsiCo, Inc.’s Frito-Lay North America division and was a management consultant with A.T. Kearney.

Mr. Scott Lewis has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. He also serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2015. He also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he served as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Accounting, Director and Vice President of External Reporting, and Vice President of Tax at the company. Before joining the company, he also served as Senior Manager of KPMG.

Mr. Subra Goparaju has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since August 2022. Prior to this, he led as Head of Global Enterprise Architecture at VF Corporation. He also held several leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Philips.

Ms. Tracy Preston has been the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, Secretary and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at The Neiman Marcus Group. Earlier she held several senior legal positions at Levi Strauss & Co including Chief Counsel, Global Supply Chain, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Counsel of Global Human Resources and Litigation.
