Mr. Diana Ferreira Cesar has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the bank since 2021. He served as the Chairman of Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2015 to 2021, Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management from 2011 to 2015, and Head of Marketing and Customer Propositions, Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asia-Pacific from 2009 to 2011 of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. Earlier, he worked with HSBC Insurance (Asia) Limited, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Hubei Suizhou Cengdu HSBC Rural Bank Company Limited, HSBC Life (International) Limited, HSBC Broking Services (Asia) Limited, and EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited.

Mr. SAW Say Pin has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since November 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Director at Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited, Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited, Hang Seng Investment Services Limited, Hang Seng Real Estate Management Limited, Hang Seng Securities Limited, and Imenson Limited. Previously, she served as the Chairman at Hang Seng Investment Management Limited.

Mr. Vivien Chiu Wai Man has been the Chief Operating Officer of the bank since January 2022. Currently, he serves as a Director of Barrowgate Limited. Previously, he served as a Director of Hang Seng Investment Management Limited, Hang Seng Investment Services Limited, Hang Seng Real Estate Management Limited, Hang Seng Securities Limited, and Hang Seng Security Management Limited. Formerly, he held various positions at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited including Interim Chief Operating Officer Hong Kong, Head of Operations Hong Kong, Regional Head of Banking Operations & CDD, Operations, and Senior Program Manager, Transformation. He also worked with Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited, HKICL Services Limited, and Hong Kong Trade Finance Platform Company Limited.

Mr. Forrest CHAI Yut Man serves as the Chief Information Officer of the bank. Previously, he served various leadership positions at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited such as Global Head of Digital Platforms Technology, Regional Head of Channels Technology, Global Head of Retail Brokerage Platforms, Global Head of Wealth Platforms and Engineering, and various roles in relation to Information Technology and Transformation.

Ms. Kathy Cheung Ka Wai has been the Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of the bank since March 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Risk Officer of Hong Kong and Macau at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited from 2015 to 2022. Previously, she also held various positions at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited including the Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management Risk, Greater China, Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management Risk, Head of Credit & Risk, and Head of Consumer Credit Risk.
