Mr. Diana Ferreira Cesar has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the bank since 2021. He served as the Chairman of Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2015 to 2021, Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management from 2011 to 2015, and Head of Marketing and Customer Propositions, Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asia-Pacific from 2009 to 2011 of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. Earlier, he worked with HSBC Insurance (Asia) Limited, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Hubei Suizhou Cengdu HSBC Rural Bank Company Limited, HSBC Life (International) Limited, HSBC Broking Services (Asia) Limited, and EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited.

Ms. Luanne Lim Hui Hun has been a Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2025. She also serves as the Chairman of Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited and Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited and Director of HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at HSBC Hong Kong.

Mr. Saw Say Pin has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the bank since November 2022. Prior to this, she served as a Director at Hang Seng Bank (China) Limited, Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited, Hang Seng Investment Services Limited, Hang Seng Real Estate Management Limited, Hang Seng Securities Limited, and Imenson Limited. Previously, she served as the Chairman at Hang Seng Investment Management Limited.

Mr. Edward Cheng Wai Sun has been the Chairman of the bank since April 2025. He also serves as the Chairman and Director Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited, and Deputy Chairman; Chief Executive and Executive Director at Wing Tai Properties Limited. Previously, he served as a Director of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, Securities and Futures Commission, Orient Overseas and Television Broadcasts Limited. He also served as the Chairman of The University Grants Committee, and Urban Renewal Authority.
