Hapag-Lloyd AG: Executives

Ms. Donya-Florence Amer has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since February 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President and as a member of the Chief Information Officer at Bosch since 2017.

Mr. Rolf Habben Jansen has been the Chief Executive Officer the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served at DHL in various roles including the Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2014, Head of Global Customer Solutions from 2006 to 2009 and Head of Contract Logistics for large parts of Europe from 2001 to 2006. Previously, he held a number of different positions at Royal Nedlloyd and Danzas.

Mr. Mark Frese has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ceconomy AG from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Metro Group from 2012 to 2016 and Chief Financial Officer of Metro Cash & Carry from 2010 to 2012. Earlier, he served as the Head of the Planning and Controlling unit of Metro AG from 2009 to 2010. Previously, he served as the Head of Controlling and Projects unit of Kaufhof Holding AG. Earlier, he served at Finck & Co.

Mr. Maximilian Rothkopf has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served at McKinsey & Co.

Mr. Joachim Schlotfeldt has been the Chief Personnel and Global Procurement Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Region Asia and Managing Director of Region Europe of the company. Previously, he held several positions at the company in China/Taiwan, Japan and Singapore in Sales and Marketing and became a Managing Director of Area Iberia (Spain, Portugal and Africa) in 2002. Mr. Schlotfeldt joined Hapag-Lloyd in 1979.
