Mr. Young Sohn is the Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Oak Technologies, Avago (formerly known as Agilent Semiconductor) and Inphi Corporation. Prior to this, he served as the board member of Synnex Technologies and PLX Technologies. Mr. Young also serves as the Director of Cadence, and member of the MIT Sloan School North America Board.

Mr. Mark Hartje is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he held several other senior positions including Vice President and General Manager of Automotive Americas, and Vice President and General Manager of Automotive Europe at the company. He started his career at KPMG.

Ms. Carolin Reichert is the Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of the Connected Mobility Solutions division at Robert Bosch. He has 25 years of experience in automotive, technology and energy industries. Previously, she held consulting, strategic planning, and business leadership positions at Roland Berger, Infineon, RWE, PSA, and Jaguar Land Rover.

Mr. Armin Prommersberger is the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Product Management, Strategy & Technology division at the company. Previously, he held various leadership roles in the Lifestyle, Professional and Automotive divisions at HARMAN. He also served as the Chief Product Officer of Music Tribe and its boutique professional audio brands, including Midas, Klark Teknik, Behringer and Tannoy. Earlier, Mr. Prommersberger worked as the Chief Technology Officer of Dirac Research.

Ms. Lori Lampman is the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Rewards, HR Technology and Analytics of the company. She also held several senior positions at ABB and Verizon.
