Mr. Patrick Gallagher has been the Chairman of the company since April 2013. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of Intercloud SAS. Previously, he served as Chairman of Marco 4 plc, Vice Chair of Golden Telecom Inc., and Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FLAG Telecom Group. Mr. Gallagher held senior management positions at BT Group, comprising group Director of strategy and development, President of BT Europe and as a member of the BT executive committee. He serves as Director of Ciena Corporation.

Mr. Nimrod Ben-Natan has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as General Manager of Broadband Business and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he held several management position at Orckit Communications Ltd.

Mr. Walter Jankovic has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Datacom Business unit at Lumentum and President of Optical Connectivity at Oclaro (acquired by Lumentum), Senior Vice President of key business units at Celestica, and Vice President of Finance for various business segments at Celestica. Prior to this, he held several finance leadership roles at Nortel Networks, served as engagement manager at Deloitte.

Mr. Adi Bonen is the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Previously, he held senior leadership roles in technology and R&D at the company and Scopus Video Networks.
