Mr. Mark L. Baum has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Harrow since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Board of Director for various companies including Chembio Diagnostic Systems, Inc., Applied Natural Gas Fuels, Inc., Shrink Nanotechnologies, Inc. and You on Demand, Inc., as well as part of the advisory board for several domestic and international private and public companies. In 1999, he founded YesRx, an HIV-focused pharmacy business.

Mr. Andrew R. Boll has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Accounting and Public Reporting of the company. From November 2007 to November 2011, Mr. Boll worked for BCGU, LLC. Prior to that, he held various accounting roles at Welsh Companies, LLC and its other subsidiaries.

Dr. Amir H. Shojaei, PhD has been the Chief Scientific Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Scientific Officer and Executive Vice President of Clinical Development at AsclepiX Therapeutics. Prior to this, He was the Chief Executive Officer of TherOptix Corporation. Mr. Shojaei worked at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Shire Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. John P. Saharek has been the Chief Commercial Officer and President ImprimisRx of Harrow since 2019. Prior to this, he was the Head of U.S. Marketing and Strategy for ThromboGenics. He has 30 years of experience in developing and commercializing pharmaceutical, biologic, surgical device and diagnostic product portfolios. For the last 20 years he has focused on the field of ophthalmology.

Ms. Kim Barratt has been the Chief Talent Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Novatech. Prior to joining Novatech, she served in various leadership roles including Executive Vice President of Operations for Skyway Studies, Chief Resource Officer for Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union, and Manager, Learning and Development for Ingram Content Group.
