The company procures milk from about 5,00,000 farmers and has over 13,100 Hatsun Milk Banks (HMBs). The company has processing and packaging plants in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Maharashtra, Odisha, and Andhra Pradesh, India. The development of various new ice cream flavors and ice cream cakes tailored to festivals and events is also part of the company's R&D efforts.
