Mr. Thomas F. Frist III has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Member of FS Partners II, LLC. Mr. First also serves as the Director of Verisign Inc and previously served as a director of Science Applications International Corporation from 2013 until 2017.

Mr. Samuel N. Hazen has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. He also served as a director in September 2018. Mr. Hazen served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company since January 2015 to November 2016. Before this, he served as a President in Operations of the Company from 2011 to 2015. He also served as President in Western Group from 2001 to 2011 . He held positions as a Chief Financial Officer in Western Group of the Company from 1995 to 2001. Prior to that time, Mr. Hazen served in various hospital, regional and division Chief Financial Officer positions with the Company, Humana Inc. and Galen Health Care, Inc.

Mr. William B. Rutherford has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he worked as the President of HCA Physician Services and Chief Operating Officer of Clinical and Physician Services Group. Mr. Rutherford also worked as Chief Financial Officer of Outpatient Services Group for HCA till 2011. He held various management roles which include Director of operations support, Chief Financial Officer for different companies.

Mr. Jon M. Foster has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer effective since 2023. Prior to this, he served as President of American Group since January 2013 to December 2022. Before this, he served as a President of Southwest Group since February 2011 to January 2013 and Division President for the Central and West Texas Division from January 2006 to February 2011. Mr. Foster also served as President and CEO of St. David’s HealthCare in Austin. Prior to this, Mr. Foster served in various executive capacities within the Baptist Health System in Knoxville, Tennessee and The Methodist Hospital System in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Chad Wasserman has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2024. Before that this, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer – Information Technology Group since July 2023. He also served in a variety of other leadership positions, including Vice President – IT&S Service Lines & Corporate Solutions from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Digital Patient Experience from 2020 to 2022. Before this, he served as Vice President in IT&S Infrastructure Services & Operations sine 2017 to 2020. He also served as a Chief Information Officer of Parallon Business Performance Group from 2013 to 2017.
