Mr. Edgar Puls has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Supervisory Board at HDI Risk Consulting GmbH from 2018 to 2019, SSV Schadenschutzverband GmbH from 2014 to 2018 and Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board at VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH from 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, he also served as member of Supervisory Board at HDI Global Network AG from 2017 to 2019 and member of Advisory Board at HDI Risk Consulting GmbH from 2014 to 2018. He also served as member of Executive Board at HDI Global SE from 2014 to 2019 and Chief Executive Officer at HDI-Gerling Verzekeringen NV from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Plus also served as Head of Sales at HDI-Gerling Industry Versicherung AG from 2010 to 2013.

Mr. Stefan Pasternak has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. He also serves as the Head of Risk Management, Investment Management, Finance and Controlling at the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Great Lakes Insurance SE, Munich Reinsurance UK General Branch and ERGO Grubu Holding A.S.

Mr. Thomas Kropp has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since July 2026.

Mr. Dirk Horing has been the Head of Property Insurance, Engineering Insurance, Marine Insurance and HDI Risk Consulting at the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Head of International Programmes at the company from 2023 to 2024. Previously, he served as the Head of Pricing, Analytics and Global Portfolio Steering at the company.

Ms. Barbara Klimaszewski-Blettner has been the Chief Claims Officer of the company since 2024. She also serves as the Chief Market Officer of Germany at the company. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director of Branch Germany at the company. Previously, she served as the Managing Director of Region South East Germany at the company and Head of Global Client Service Management and Multinational CEE at Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty.
