Mr. Daniel Burton has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he held various positions of the company including President from 2011 to 2012. Previously, he served as Head of Corporate Strategy Group at Micron Technology (MU). He also held various strategy and marketing management roles at Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Daniel served as Associate Consultant at Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Jason Alger has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer of the company in 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller of the company. He also served as the Head of Assurance Practice at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Kyle Salyers has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of CHV Capital. Prior to this, he held several leadership roles including as a Special Advisor to the President of Indiana University and Executive Director for Advancing Indiana, Investment Director and Innovation Fellow at Rose-Hulman Ventures and the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Thomas P. Miller and Associates, Vice President of the Indiana Technology Partnership, and Economic Development Manager for the City of Indianapolis, Mayor Stephen Goldsmith.

Mr. Dave Ross has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as Associate Chief Technology Officer of the company. Prior to that, Mr. Ross served as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Twistle.

Mr. Jason Jones is the Chief Analytics Officer and Chief Data Science Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Information Support for Care Transformation, at Kaiser Permanente. Earlier, he served as a Director of Clinical Intelligence and Decision Support and a Research Scientist in Southern California region of Kaiser Permanente. Previously, he served as the Senior Medical Informaticist for Intermountain Healthcare. Earlier, Mr. Jones also held analytic and marketing positions at Bayer Healthcare and Ingenix Pharmaceutical Information Products.
