Mr. Jude Visconto has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. He also has been a Principal of American Property Holdings. He also serves as an active member of the real estate community and participates in a several industry-related associations including: the American Senior Housing Association, the Association of the National Investment Center for Senior Housing and Care and The National Association of Realtors.

Mr. Theodore Wahl has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2011. Prior to this role, he served in various roles in the company, including President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Regional Manager, District Manager, Regional Sales Director, Facility Manager, Vice President of Finance, and in a corporate financial management position. Earlier, Mr. Wahl was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Group.

Mr. Vikas Singh has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2024. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Leveraged Finance & Capital Markets at Bank of America Securities.

Mr. John C. Shea has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2012. Previously, he served as the Secretary, Vice President of Finance, and Chief Accounting Officer of HCSG. Mr. Shea also served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services. He joined the company as the Director of Regulatory Reporting in 2009.

Mr. Matthew J. McKee serves as the Chief Communications Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Business Research Analyst and Manager for Merck’s line of adult vaccines for the company. Mr. McKee joined the company in 2004 in the Midwest Division as a Manager-In-Training.
