Mr. Phillips S. Baker, Jr. has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2003. He also has been the President and a Director of the company since 2001. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from May 2001 to June 2003; the Chief Operating Officer from November 2001 to May 2003; and the Vice President from May 2001 to November 2001. Earlier, Mr. Baker served as the Chairman of the National Mining Association and the National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum.

Ms. Catherine J. Boggs has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the General Counsel at Resource Capital Funds from January 2011 to 2019; the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Barrick Gold Corporation from January 2009 to December 2010; and the Vice President from July 2005 to 2008. Ms. Boggs also served as an international partner at Baker & McKenzie from July 2001 to July 2005. She has 37 years of expertise as a mining and natural resources lawyer.

Mr. Russell Lawlar has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Treasurer of the company. Previously, he served as the Controller at the Company’s Greens Creek operation from February 2015 to February 2018. Mr. Lawlar also worked at BDO USA LLP.

Mr. Lauren M. Roberts has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Kinross Gold Corp from October 2016 to April 2019; the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development from November 2015 to October 2016; and the Regional Vice President of Americas from October 2013 to November 2015. Mr. Roberts also served as the Regional Vice President of South America at Kinross Gold Corp from April 2013 to October 2013, and the Regional Vice President of North America from June 2011 to April 2013. He held various roles at Barrick Gold Corp from 1996 to 2004.

Mr. Michael L. Clary has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources and the Senior Counsel at the company from February 2020 to June 2021. Mr. Clary held various roles at the company including the Director of Human Resources and a Senior Counsel. He also held several positions at the Company’s operations in Idaho and Nevada. Earlier, he served as a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte & Touche, and Ernst & Young.
