Mr. Laurans A. Mendelson has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1990. Previously, he served as the President of the company from 1991 to 2009. He served on the Board of Governors at Aerospace Industries Association (AIA). Mr. Mendelson also served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, former Chairman of the Executive Committee and presently a member of Society of Mount Sinai founders of Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida. Earlier, he served as a Trustee of Columbia University in The City of New York from 1995 to 2001. Mr. Mendelson also serves as a Trustee Emeritus of Columbia University.

Mr. Carlos L. Macau Jr has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the company since June 2012. Previously, he served as an Audit Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2000 to 2012. Mr. Macau has 22 years of financial and accounting experience where he served at various public and private manufacturing and service clients in a wide range of industries.

Mr. Steven M. Walker has been the Chief Accounting Officer and at Assistant Treasurer of the company since June 2012. Previously he served as a Corporate Controller at the company from 2002 to 2012. He also served as an Assistant Treasurer of the company since 2002.
