Mr. Ioannis Papathanasiou serves as the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of Public Gas Corporation from 1991 to 1992; Secretary General of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) for six from 1987 to 1993; and President of the ACCI from 1993 to 2000.

Mr. Andreas Shiamishis has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Hellenic from 2014 to 2015; and in 2012 assumed the responsibilities of the company’s International Subsidiaries. Mr. Shiamishis worked as the Chief Financial Officer for the newly formed group of Hellenic in 2005; Chief Financial and Information Technology Officer at Petrola Hellas in 2003; Chief Financial Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer of LEVENTIS Group from 2000 to 2002. He also served in food sector business of Pillsbury from 1998 to 1999 and started his career at KPMG in 1989.

Mr. Georgios Alexopoulos has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company since MAY 2023. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager for Strategic Planning and New Business of the company; Director of the European Petroleum Refiners Association; Director of Strategic Planning and Development in SETE S.A from 1998 to 2006. Mr. Alexopoulos served in technical and executive positions at Molten Metal Technology, Stone & Webster, Merck, Dow Corning, and Dow Chemical from 1993 to 1997.

Mr. Vasilis Tsaitas has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was responsible for Investor Relations, International capital markets and to participate in strategic initiatives of the company since 2011. Mr. Tsaitas served at Shell and HSBC investment banking.
