Ms. Annelis Luscher Hammerli has been the Group Chief Financial Officer of the group since 2020. Previously, she served as the Chief Risk Officer at Swiss Life, Asset Managers from 2016 to 2020. Prior to this, she held the position of Head Investment Risk at Swiss Life, Asset Managers from 2007 to 2016. Ms. Luscher Hammerli also served as the Head Financial Risk Methods at Swiss Life, Finance, Group Actuary and Risk Management from 2004 to 2007.

Ms. Sandra Hurlimann has been the Group Chief Technology Officer of thegroup since 2024. Previously, she served as the Head Analytics & Group Solutions at Helvetia Insurance from 2023 to 2024. Prior to this, she held the position of Head Data & Analytics at Helvetia Insurance from 2017 to 2022. She also served as the Head Customer Feedback & Analytics at Helvetia Insurance from 2015 to 2017. Ms. Hurlimann was the Operational Excellence Manager at Nationale Suisse from 2014 to 2015. She began her career as a Project Manager at Basler Versicherung from 2011 to 2013 and as a Data Miner / Scientist at Basler Versicherung from 2008 to 2011.

Mr. Andre Keller has been the Group Chief Investment Officer of the group since April 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of AXA XL from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, he worked as the Head of Global Asset Positioning and Managing Director of AXA XL from 2015 to 2016. Earlier, he worked as the Head of Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Catlin Group Ltd from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Keller also worked as the Head of Asset Management and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Nationale Suisse from 2009 to 2014. He also worked with Swiss Re and Swiss Bank Corporation.

Mr. Fabian Rupprecht has been the Group Chief Executive Officer of the group since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of International Insurance of the Dutch NN Group from 2018 to 2023. Previously he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the MEA Region and Chief Financial Officer for Emerging Markets and the Mediterranean Region at AXA Group. Prior to this, he served Head of Individual Life at AXA-Winterthu, and Head of AXA Global Life, for AXA Global Life & Health.

Ms. Esther Roman has been the Group Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Group Head Human Resources & Communication at Mibelle Group from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, she held the position of Head of CC Leadership & Talent at the Federation of Migros Co-operatives from 2020 to 2022. She also served as the Global Talent Director at Page Group from 2018 to 2022. Earlier, she was the Regional HR Director Europe at Page Group from 2014 to 2018 and the Regional Talent Development Director Europe from 2011 to 2013. Ms. Roman began her career at Page Group as a Director and Office Head in Munich from 2009 to 2011, and previously held the same title in Zurich from 2006 to 2009, as well as in Madrid from 2000 to 2006 as an Executive Manager.
