Mr. Stanley M. Bergman has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer at Henry Schein, Inc. since 1989. Mr. Bergman serves as a board member of various institutions including the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine; New York University College of Dentistry; the Columbia University Medical Center; Hebrew University; Tel Aviv University; the University of Witwatersrand Fund; World Economic Forum's Health Care Governors; the Forsyth Institute; the Business Council for International Understanding; and the Metropolitan Opera.

Mr. Mlotek has been the Executive Vice President, the Director and Chief Strategic Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to holding his current position, he has served as the company's Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development and as Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. Mr. Mlotek was a Partner in Proskauer Rose.

Mr. Ronald N. South has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he has been the Vice President of Corporate Finance and Chief Accounting Office of the company since 2008. Mr. South has held various leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including, Vice President of Finance, for the Cardiovascular and Metabolic business lines; Vice President, Controller, for the US Pharmaceutical Division; and Vice President, Corporate General Auditor. He has also served as North American Director of Corporate Audit at PepsiCo; and held several leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Ettinger has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2022. Prior to this he served as a Chief of Staff, Senior Vice President of Corporate and Legal Affairs, and Secretary of Henry Schein. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions with the company, including the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 2000 to 2006, the Corporate Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 2006 to 2013 and the Senior Vice President of Corporate & Legal Affairs and Secretary from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Ettinger also served as the Associate General Counsel from 1994 to 1998 and the Vice President and Associate General Counsel from 1998 to 2000 at Henry Schein. Earlier, he also served as a member of the Tax Department of Arthur Andersen and the Senior Associate of Bower & Gardner.

Ms. Olga Timoshkina has been the Vice President, Corporate Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since April 2022. Previously, she served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller of the company.
