Mr. Craig Collard has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2023. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this he served as Chief Executive Officer of Veloxis Pharmaceutics and Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman, President and Interim Chief Financial Officer of Cornerstone Therapeutics, Inc. Previously he served as a President and Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone BioPharma Inc, President and Chief Executive Officer of Carolina Pharmaceuticals, Inc and Vice President of Sales for Verum Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Dr. Chris Storgard has been the Chief Medical Officer since 2019. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President, Clinical Development since 2018; the Chief Medical Officer at Fate Therapeutics from 2016 to 2018; Vice President of Clinical Research and Development at Ardea Biosciences. He has also held various leadership positions at Biogen-Idec and Amgen.

Dr. Thomas B. Ottoboni has been the Chief Scientific Officer and Senior Vice President of Pharmaceutical and Translational Sciences since 2019. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development. Mr. Ottoboni also served as the Vice President of Research and Development at Talima Therapeutics, Inc., Executive Vice President of Strategy and Operations at POINT Biomedical Corp and Manager of Systems Development and Drug Delivery Research for InSite Vision, Inc.

Mr. William Forbes has been the Chief Development Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Development Officer at Trevi Therapeutics, Inc and President and Chief Executive Officer of Vivelix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd, Chief Development Officer at Salix Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
