Mr. Antonio F. Neri has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since February 2018. Prior to this, he held various positions at the company including General Manager and Executive Vice President from November 2015 to June 2017. Mr. Neri served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of HP Servers business from September 2013 to October 2014 and the General Manager and Senior Vice President of HP Networking business from May 2014 to October 2014. He also served as the General Manager and Senior Vice President of HP Technology Services business unit from August 2011 to September 2013, and the Vice President of Customer Services of HP Personal Systems Group from 2007 to August 2011. Mr. Neri served as the Director of H3C Technologies Co Ltd from May 2016 to July 2017 and the Director of Mphasis Ltd from March 2012 to February 2013.

Ms. Patricia F. Russo has been the Chairwoman of the company since November 2015. Currently, she serves as a Director at various organizations including General Motors Co, Merck & Co Inc and KKR & Co Inc. She served as the Executive Vice President, General Manager of Hybrid Cloud business segment, and Chief Technology Officer at the company in November 2023. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Cloud Services business unit at VMware from May 2020 to September 2021 and the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Technology & Operations at Iron Mountain, Inc. from March 2017 to May 2020. She also served as a Director of Equinix, Inc.

Ms. Marie E. Myers has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at HP Inc. Previously, she held a variety of other positions at HP, including the Chief Transformation Officer, Global Controller, and the Chief Financial Officer, Americas of the Personal Systems business unit. Earlier, Ms. Myers served as Chief Financial Officer at UiPath. She currently serves on the board of directors at KLA Corporation, and on the boards of the University of St. Thomas Advisory and the University of Queensland in America, Inc.

Mr. Rom Kosla has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President, IT, and Chief Information Officer of Retail Business Services. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Corporate and Enterprise Solutions at PepsiCo.

Ms. Fidelma Russo has been the Chief Technology Officer, Executive Vice President and General manager of Hybrid Cloud of the company since November 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Cloud Services business unit of VMware from May 2020 to September 2021. She also served several senior leadership positions including the Chief Technology Officer and the Executive Vice President of Iron Mountain, Inc from March 2017 to May 2020; Senior Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Storage and Software at EMC Corp from January 2011 to January 2017; and Senior Vice President of Network, Storage, and Software in Sun Microsystems, Inc.
