Mr. Nick L. Stanage has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hexcel since January 2014. Prior to this, he was a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2013. He was President since November 2009 and served as Chief Operating Officer from May 2012 till he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Hexcel, Mr. Stanage was President of the Heavy Vehicle Products at Dana Holding Corporation from December 2005 to October 2009, and served as Vice President and General Manager of the Commercial Vehicle Group at Dana from August 2005 to December 2005. Prior to Dana, he served in various positions at Honeywell Inc from 1986 to 2005. Mr. Stanage also serves on the board of directors of TriMas Corporation.

Mr. Patrick J. Winterlich has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Hexcel since September 2017. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President - Tax, Systems and Enterprise Reporting. He joined the company in 1998 and has held roles related to Operations, Finance and Information Technology Prior to joining Hexcel, Mr. Winterlich held various finance roles at Courtaulds.

Ms. Amy S. Evans has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since December 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Titan International Inc from 2018 to December 2020. Before that, Ms. Evans worked as an advisor to the Executive Leadership team at Stericycle Inc from November 2017 to February 2018. She also served as Chief Accounting Officer and interim Senior Vice President at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company from August 2017 to November 2017; and Vice President, Corporate Controller of Impellam North America from January 2017 to March 2017; as Controller at Navigant Consulting Inc from 2014 to 2016.

Mr. Don Morrison is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company. He joined the company in 2007 as Director of U.S. Information Technology. Prior to joining the company, he worked as a Director of IT Europe & IT Field Services for Novell Inc and Vice President of Product Management & Support for Message Transport Systems.

Ms. Marilyn L. Minus has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since April 2024. Previously, she served as the Director of the company. Prior to this, she held the position of Chairman of the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Northeastern. Ms. Minus also worked as the Director of Macromolecular Innovation in the Nano-materials Utilizing Systems Laboratory.
