Hibbett Inc: Executives

Mr. Anthony F. Crudele serving as the Chairman of the company since May 2019. Prior to this, he served as a member of Hibbett's board since 2012 and has served as Hibbett’s lead director and chairman of the nominating and corporate governance committee since 2017. Prior to that, he served as the Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2005 to 2017 for Tractor Supply Company. Earlier, he worked as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gibson Guitar from 2003 to 2005, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Xcelerate Corp from 2000 to 2003 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to 1999 at The Sports Authority.

Mr. Michael E. Longo has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since December 2019. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer at City Gear LLC. Prior to this, he held several positions including the Vice President and the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain from 1996 to 2005 at AutoZone Inc.

Mr. Robert J. Volke has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance department of the company since April 2020. Previously, he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Fleet Farm LLC, also worked as the Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Controller from August 2018 to February 2020. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions with Tractor Supply Company from May 2007 to August 2018, Vice President and Controller from March 2017 to August 2018.

Mr. Ronald P Blahnik has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since April 2019. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company from 2016 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the Managing Partner at Blahnik Consulting services, LLC from April 2011 to November 2016. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions for Lowe's Companies, Inc. from April 1996 to March 2011.

Mark A. Gunn has been Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer from August 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The 99 Stores Company. Previously, he served on varied leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the TJX Companies, Senior Vice President of Human Resources Mc Donalds Corporation, Vice President Human Resources o Ross Stores, and Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Wal Mart Stores Inc.
