Mr. Carlos E. Evans has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice president and Group Head of the eastern division of Wells Fargo commercial banking and retired in 2014. Mr. Evans joined First Union National Bank in 2000 as the Wholesale Banking Executive for the commercial segment prior to its merger with Wachovia Corporation in 2001. Mr. Evans also served as the Wholesale Banking Executive and an Executive Vice President for the Wachovia general banking group.

Mr. Theodore J. Klinck has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating and Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of the company from 2015 to 2018. Previously, Mr. Klinck served as the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of the company from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Principal and Chief Investment Officer at Goddard Investment Group. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Real Estate.

Mr. Brendan Maiorana has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Treasurer of the company from 2021 to 2022. Previously, Mr. Maiorana served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations of the company from 2016 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the Executive Vice President of Finance of the company from 2019 to 2022. Mr. Maiorana also served at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Brian M. Leary has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the President of Commercial and mixed-use business unit of Crescent Communities since 2014. Mr. Leary has held several management positions with AIG Global Real Estate, Atlantic Station, LLC, Jacoby Development, Inc., Atlanta Beltline, Inc. and Central Atlanta Progress.

Mr. Daniel L. Clemmens serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta.
