He also worked as an Attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius

Mr. Mark D. Wang has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017. He has been a Director of the company since 2016. He also serves as Director American Resort Development Association. Prior to this, he served as a President of the company from January 2017 until April 2024. Previously, he served as a Head of HGV Asia of the company. Prior to this, he served as a President of Global Sales for Hilton’s hotel division. He also held various leadership position of the company.

Mr. Daniel J. Mathewes has been the President of the company since March 2024. and its Chief Financial Officer since November 2018. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President of the company from November 2018 to August 2021. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Virgin Hotels North America. Mr. Daniel also served as Chief Financial Officer of The Worldy and as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasury at Kerzner International. Previously, he served in various financial leadership positions at Royal Caribbean Cruises and NCL Corporation (Norwegian Cruise Lines). Mr. Mathewes started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Gordon S. Gurnik has been the Senior Executive Vice President of the company since August 2021, and its Chief Operating Officer since December 2018. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President of the company from December 2018 to August 2021. Previously, he served as the President of RCI, a worldwide leader in vacation exchange and travel services.

Mr. Carlos Hernandez serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Holistica Destinations Ltd. He also served with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection as Executive Vice President of Finance.
