Mr. Jonathan D. Gray is the Chairman of the company since 2007. He also serves as the President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director at Blackstone Group Inc. Prior to this, he served as Head of Global Real Estate Blackstone from January 2012 to February 2018. Mr. Gray worked as a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Real Estate at Blackstone Group Inc from January 2005 to December 2011. Previously, he served as a Director of Nevada Property I LLC, Brixmor Property Group Inc, Invitation Homes Inc, and La Quinta Holdings Inc.

Mr. Christopher Nassetta has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Host Hotels & Resorts from May 2000 to December 2007. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Treasurer of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International from July 2007 to June 2008. He also served as Vice President for Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations at Host Hotels & Resorts. Earlier, he held various roles in the Hospitality Consulting Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and the Hospitality Valuation Group at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Presently, he also serves as a Director of Omega Healthcare Investors Inc, Vice Chairman of Goodwill of Greater Washington, and Chairman at American Hotel & Lodging Association.

Mr. Christopher W. Silcock has been the President of Global Brands and Commercial of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as Head of Sales and Revenue Management and the Senior Vice President of Revenue Management and Online. Previously, he served as a Director of Roomkey. Mr. Silcock serves as Director of Groups360.

Ms. Laura Fuentes has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since October 2020. Prior to this, she served as Chief Talent Officer at the company. She served in various Human Resources and corporate strategy positions at Capital One Financial. Previously, she served at McKinsey & Company in New York, Madrid, and Washington D.C offices. Ms. Fuentes serves as a Director of MAKERS Women, Arlington Free Clinic, and Make-a-Wish Mid-Atlantic.
