Mr. Jonathan D. Gray is the Chairman of the company since 2007. He also serves as the President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Blackstone Group Inc (Blackstone). Prior to this, he served as Head of Global Real Estate Blackstone from January 2012 to February 2018. Mr. Gray worked as a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Real Estate of Blackstone from January 2005 to December 2011. Previously, he served as a Director of Nevada Property I LLC (The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas), Brixmor Property Group Inc, Invitation Homes Inc, and La Quinta Holdings Inc.

Mr. Christopher Nassetta has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Host Hotels & Resorts from May 2000 to December 2007. Mr. Nassetta joined Host Hotels & Resorts in 1995 as an Executive Vice President and also served as the Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he co-founded Bailey Capital Corporation in 1991. He also held various managerial positions including Chief Development Officer of Oliver Carr Company from 1984 to 1991. Mr. Nassetta also serves as a Director of multiple boards and organizations including The Real Estate Roundtable, World Travel & Tourism Council, Federal City Council, The Economic Club of Washington, D.C., CoStar Group Inc, and Arlington Free Clinic.

Mr. Kevin Jacobs serves as the President for Global Development at the company since 2020 and its Chief Financial Officer since 2013. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff at the company. He also served as a Senior Vice President- Corporate Strategy, and Treasurer of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and Treasurer of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International from July 2007 to June 2008. He also served as Vice President for Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations at Host Hotels & Resorts. Earlier, he held various roles in the Hospitality Consulting Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and the Hospitality Valuation Group at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Presently, he also serves as a Director of Omega Healthcare Investors Inc, Goodwill of Greater Washington, a Trustee of Federal City Council, a Member of Executive Committee of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and a Member of Cornell University Council.

Mr. Matthew Schuyler serves as the Chief Brand of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Administrative Officer of the company. He also served as Chief Human Resource Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Capital One Financial Corporation from April 2002 to June 2009. Mr. Schuyler also served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Cisco Systems, Inc., and as Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Global Human Resources Group. He serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Penn State.

Ms. Laura Fuentes has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since October 2020. Prior to this, she served as Chief Talent Officer at the company. She served in various Human Resources and corporate strategy positions at Capital One Financial. Previously, she served at McKinsey & Company in New York, Madrid, and Washington D.C offices. Ms. Fuentes serves as a Director of MAKERS Women, Make-a-Wish Mid-Atlantic, and Arlington Free Clinic.
