Mr. Bharat Goenka has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of ’s the Automobile Division at Mahindra & Mahindra. He also worked at Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

Mr. Rohit Pathak is the Chief Executive Officer of Copper Business at the company. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the Fertilizer Association of India. Mr. Samik Basu is the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served various leadership roles at PepsiCo including the Human Resource Vice President and the Chief People Officer-India Region, and the Human Resource Director of South East Asia. Mr. Basu also served as the Personnel Manager of Hindustan Lever Ltd and Assistant Personnel Manager of VIP Industries Ltd.

Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla has been the Chairman of the company since 1995. He also serves as a Director at Aditya Birla Capital Ltd, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd, Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd, Grasim Industries Ltd, UltraTech Cement Ltd, Vodafone Idea Ltd. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the Reserve Bank of India. Earlier, he served as the Chairman of the Advisory Committee constituted by the Ministry of Company Affairs and also served on the Prime Minister of India’s Advisory Council of Trade and Industry.
