HKT Trust and HKT Ltd: Executives

Mr Li Tzar Kai, Richard has been the Chairman and an Executive Director of the company since November 2011. Presently, he also serves as an Executive Director and the Chairman of PCCW Limited (PCCW) since August 1999. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive of the Pacific Century Group, a Director of certain FWD group companies, an Executive Director of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (PCPD), the Chairman and an Executive Director of Singapore-based Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited (PCRD), and the Chairman of PCRD's Executive Committee.

Mr. POON Chi Ho, Patrick has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Group Finance and Procurement of PCCW Group and in charge of strategic functions. Previously, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer of PCCW Solutions from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Poon joined the company in 1989.

Mr. Chui Ka Fai, Frederic has been the Chief Executive Officer of PCCW Global since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of PCCW Global’s International Products and Solutions division. Previously, he served as Head of Eastern Europe, Mediterranean, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania sales and business development operations. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Sales and Senior Vice President, Global Data Sales and Presales in 2011 to 2018, and was the Chief Commercial Officer of PCCW Global from 2019.
