Mr. Li Tzar Kai, Richard has been the Chairman and Director of the company since November 2011. Presently, he also serves as an Executive Director and the Chairman of PCCW Limited (PCCW) since August 1999. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive of the Pacific Century Group, a Director of certain FWD group companies, an Executive Director of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (PCPD), the Chairman and an Executive Director of Singapore-based Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited (PCRD), and the Chairman of PCRD's Executive Committee.

Mr. Poon Chi Ho, Patrick has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Group Finance and Procurement of PCCW Group and in charge of strategic functions. Previously, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer of PCCW Solutions from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Poon joined the company in 1989.

Mr. LAM Kwok Shing, Bruce has been the Chief Executive Officer of Consumer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Consumer Mobile.

Mr. Chow, Marcos Gee Liang has been the Group Chief Information Officer of the company since 2022. He has 20 years of technology management experience across Australia, ASEAN, Greater China and the US. Mr. Chow held various leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies in financial services and technology consulting firms.

Ms. SHUM Wai Ling, Hester has been the Group Chief Human Resources Officer since July 2019. She has over 30 years of experience in strategic human resources management.
