Mr. Juan Santamaria Cases has been the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of CIMIC. Mr. Cases also served as Managing Director of CPB Contractors and Leighton from 2017 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Executive Manager for CPB in Australia and, Chief Executive Officer of the Industrial and Services Company UGL. Earlier, he was the Chief Executive Officer at ACS Infrastructure in the U.S. and Canada from 2006 to 2013, and the Chief Executive Officer and President of Iridium from 2013 to 2015.

Ms. Christa Andresky has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Turner Construction Company. Ms. Andresky also served as the Vice President and Controller at Turner Construction Company.

Mr. Angel Muriel Bernal has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. He also serves as the Deputy General Manager to the Chief Executive Officer at ACS Corporation's headquarters in Madrid, Spain since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of CIMIC Group from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Bernal was the Chief Development Officer and Managing Director of Pacific Partnerships at CIMIC Group. Earlier, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Iridium in Chile from 2002 to 2006. He also served as the Head of Group Mergers and Acquisitions at the company.

Ms. Martina Steffen has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Chief Sustainability Officer and the Director of Labor at HOCHTIEF Solutions AG. Prior to this, she managed the Corporate Department Human Resources at the company.

Mr. Pedro Lopez Jimenez serves as the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the General Director of Ports at Ministry of Public Works and the Secretary of State of Urban Affairs and Public Works. Previously, he served as a Director of INI and the Manager of Thermal Plant Constructions in Hidroelectrica Espanola. Mr. Jimenez also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Empresarios Agrupados. Earlier, he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ENDESA. He also served as a Director of UNION ELECTRICA and ENHER, and the Chairman of UNION FENOSA. Earlier, he served as the Vice Chairman of INDRA SA and a Director of CEPSA. He also served as the Founder of Confederation of Spanish Industries, Founder and Chairman of Federation of Spanish Utility Companies, and a Director of Club Espanol de la Energia.
