Holly Energy Partners LP: Executives

Mr. Michael C Jennings has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2022. He served as the Executive Chairman of HFC from 2016 to 2017. Previously, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer of HLS from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Jennings served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Oil Corporation from 2009 until 2011. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Frontier Oil Corporation from 2005 until 2009.

Mr. John Harrison has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Finance, Investor Relations, Vice President and Treasurer of the company. Mr. Harrison also served as Vice President of finance, Investor Relations and Treasurer of HFC from 2018 to 2020; as Vice President and Treasurer of HLS and HFC from 2017 to 2018; Assistant Treasurer of HLS and HFC from 2012 to 2013, Manager of Credit and Collections of HLS and HFC from 2010 to 2012. Prior to joining the company, he served also served at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Mr. Robert I. Jamieson has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Vice President of Pipeline Operations of HLS from March 2013 to January 2023. Mr. Jamieson also served at Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P., Enterprise Products Partners L.P. and Williams Energy Partners L.P.
