Mr. Stephen P. MacMillan has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hologic since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer and President of Stryker Corporation from 2003 to 2012. Mr. MacMillan also served as a Senior Executive with Pharmacia Corporation. Prior to joining Pharmacia, he served 11 years at Johnson & Johnson in various senior roles in the U.S. and in Europe. Mr. MacMillan started his career with Procter and Gamble in 1985.

Ms. Karleen M. Oberton has been the Chief Financial Officer of Hologic since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer of the company. She joined the company as the Corporate Controller in 2006. Prior to joining Hologic, Ms. Oberton served as the Senior Corporate Controller of Immunogen from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, she served as Senior Audit Manager in Ernst Young’s Life Science practice and also in Arthur Andersen’s High Technology practice.

Mr. Essex D. Mitchell has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Division President, GYN Surgical Solutions and Vice President of Sales and Commercial Excellence for the GYN Surgical division of the company. Previously, he served in various roles at Stryker Corporation.

Mr. Paul Malenchini has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Solution from 2011. He joined Hologic as Global Program Manager for Systems Integrations in 2008.
