Mr. John W. Allison has been the Chairman of the company since 1998. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the President of Home BancShares from 2019 to 2009. He also served as the Chairman of First National Bank of Conway from 1983 until 1998. Prior to that, he was a Director of First Commercial Corporation from 1985 until 1998, where he held the positions of Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Asset Quality Committee.

Mr. Brian S. Davis has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Director of the company and the Centennial Bank since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer from 2010 to 2015 and Investor relations Officer from 2006 to 2015 at the company.

Ms. Jennifer C. Floyd has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since July 2015. She also served as the Investor Relations Officer at Home BancShares Inc from 2015 to 2018. She also served as a Director at Financial Reporting from June 2015 to July 2015.

Mr. Kevin D. Hester has been the President of the company and Centennial Bank since 2024. He also serves as the Chief Lending Officer of the company. Prior to this, he held the position of Executive Vice President of Lending at Centennial Bank. Mr. Hester also served as the Executive Vice President of Lending at First Commercial Corporation from 1985 to 1998.

Mr. J. Stephen Tipton has been the Chief Executive Officer of Centennial Bank since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Home BancShares. Prior to this, he held the position of Regional Vice President at Centennial Bank. Mr. Tipton served as the Director of Credit Risk Management in 2013 and as Commercial Lender from 2009 to 2012. He began his banking career in 2005 and joined Centennial Bank in 2006.
