Mr. Liu, Young-Way has been Chairman of the company since June 2019. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Princeton Technology Corp. He also served as Chairman of Socle Technology Corporation.

Mr. Chiang, Shang-Yi has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Director of the company since May 2025. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation, Chief Executive Officer of Wuhan Hongxin Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. Earlier, he served as Vice President of R&D, Senior Vice President, and Co-Chief Operating Officer of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited.

Ms. Kathy Yang has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Global Chief Campus Operation Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Logistics and Trade Compliance Officer of the company. She also served as Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer at Jusda Supply Chain Management International Co.

Mr. Lee, Wei-Bin has been the Chief Information Security Officer of the company since 2022. Priro to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hon Hai Research Institute and Director of Gold Charm Limited. He also served as the Director of General, Information Bureau at Taipei City Government. Previously, he served as the Chief of Department of Innovation and Technology at Fubon Financial Holding. Mr. Wei-Bin also served as the Chief Digital Officer of Taipei Fubon Bank and Chairman of Taiwan Artificial Intelligence Technology Foundation. Earlier, he served as a Professor of Department of Information Engineering at Feng Chia University.
