Mr. Liu, Young –Way serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Director of Shanghai Ketai Century Technology Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he also serves as the Chairman of Foxsemicon Integrated Technology Inc, and Foxtron Vehicle Technologies Co.,Ltd. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Socle Technology Corporation. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Princeton Technology Corp.

Mr. Lee, Wei-Bin has been the Chief Information Security Officer of the company since 2022. Priro to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hon Hai Research Institute and Director of Gold Charm Limited. He also served as the Director of General, Information Bureau at Taipei City Government. Previously, he served as the Chief of Department of Innovation and Technology at Fubon Financial Holding. Mr. Wei-Bin also served as the Chief Digital Officer of Taipei Fubon Bank and Chairman of Taiwan Artificial Intelligence Technology Foundation. Earlier, he served as a Professor of Department of Information Engineering at Feng Chia University.
