Mr. Mahito Shikama has been the Executive Officer, Director, Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Officer of Corporate Strategy Operations and Chief Officer of Traffic Safety Promotion Operations at the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Officer, Chief Operating Officer of SDV R&D Center, Honda R&D Co Ltd. He was also the Operating Executive, Head of Software Defined Mobility Development Unit at the company from 2023 to 2026. Mr. Shikama was also the General Manager of Advanced Safety and Intelligent Solution Development Division at the company from 2022 to 2023.
